We had a very good stay and would definitely stay again. The location is great, the swimming pool is lovely, and the apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The air conditioning worked very well when we needed it. A special mention to Adel, who was excellent: very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The only thing that could be improved is the attention to small practical details. There were no pool or beach towels, no basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, or olive oil, and the sheets felt quite basic. A few towel hooks in the bathroom would also be useful. There is no dishwasher, but this was clearly stated in the description and was not a problem for us. There were also only limited bin bags, and although guests are asked to separate rubbish, there was only one bin. Adel kindly brought more bags when asked. Overall, these are small issues rather than major problems. With a few improvements, this would easily be a five-star stay. We can recommend it.
I was the first guest in this wonderful apartment. I loved everything: the beautiful wooden doors and blinds. The style, the design. And, of course, the historical value and grandeur of this place. The apartment is perpendicular to the sea, so a direct sea view is only available from the balcony. Oddly enough, I took this as a plus – the opportunity to live in Fort Chambrun at a fairly affordable price. But most of all, I was captivated by the staff's attitude, how quickly and generously they fulfilled all my requests and wishes. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I also wish the apartment owners and staff many happy years of good business and wonderful guests!
